After a Fire Risk Assessment at a block of flats, this gate was found to be unsafe as the gate could only be opened by use of a key. To remedy the problem we installed a free exit code lock on the gate.
To prevent unauthorised access by simply reaching through the gate and activating the handle, we added mesh and a security shroud which makes the handle impossible to reach from the outside.

A local housing association reported that their doors were not closing automatically. We found that the door closers were no longer fit for purpose so we replaced them with new Heavy Duty Overhead Door Closers to BS EN 1634. Certifire CF5549.

It is also special to us as this particular couple were so pleased with the first door replacement we did for them that, when they moved, they immediately commissioned us to replace the front door on their new house.

This is door number 5 of 2023. Again, a full door and frame replacement with 4-point seals, which decrease draughts and noise by up to 98%. We're loving the colour choice on this one! As understated as blue can be, this unique shade jumps out from the crowd and gives the whole house a facelift. The addition of the Rose knocker was an excellent choice by the homeowner.

Our 4th Door of 2023! Or should I say 4th & 5th? This one was a full door and frame replacement for the outer 3-Bells door and a door replacement and frame renovation for the inner door. The elegant blue-grey colour looks amazing with the leaded glass and the new white interior door makes the entrance look really inviting.
