Project Brief: Our clients on Orbain Road in Fulham wanted to improve both the functionality and feel of their home. The existing ground floor layout no longer suited family life, and the house felt darker and more compartmentalised than they wanted✨

The brief included a side extension, a full internal refurbishment, and a first-floor bathroom upgrade. The aim was to create a more open kitchen and living area while still retaining a separate, more intimate family space within the home.

Project Brief: Chris and his family wanted to create a larger, more functional kitchen and dining area that suited modern family life. The existing kitchen felt narrow and dark, making everyday use difficult and cutting the space off from the rest of the ground floor✨

The goal was to design a layout that felt open, bright, and connected to the garden, while remaining in harmony with the character of their semi-detached home 🏡

Project Brief: Xerxes and Lina wanted to create more space in their Potters Bar home as their children grew older and the family’s needs began to change. Their priority was a spacious new master bedroom with an ensuite, while still maintaining practical storage and a sense of openness throughout the loft. 
 
The project also included converting an existing study into a new family bathroom on the first floor, helping the home function more comfortably for everyday family life.

Project Brief: Our clients in New Malden wanted to adapt their home to better support the needs of their growing family. The project centred around creating a spacious new loft bedroom with an ensuite, while also improving how the rest of the house functioned day to day✨

Alongside the loft conversion, the ground floor was reconfigured into an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The works also included a utility room, a new first-floor bathroom, and a full redesign of the staircase leading up to the loft 🏠

As both clients regularly worked from home, natural light and flexibility within the layout became an important part of the brief.

Project Brief: Our client, Angus, approached us wanting to completely rethink the kitchen in his Lambeth home. As a photographer, he had a strong eye for composition, light, and materiality, and wanted the new space to feel calm, functional, and visually balanced 🫶🏽
 
The existing kitchen felt enclosed and disconnected from the garden, limiting both natural light and how the space could be used day to day. The goal was to create a kitchen that felt open and practical while also reflecting Angus’ personality and aesthetic sensibility.

Their existing kitchen was narrow and disconnected from the rest of the house, and they wanted a layout that supported family life, somewhere they could cook, dine, and relax together✨
