We're delighted to say that five of our projects with .world have been recognised at the European Property Awards 2024–2025 across commercial and residential categories, including private villas, mid-rise, and high-rise.

Eden Roc, Marco Polo, and Sky Tower—three of the five winners—were our first collaborations with BBF in Cyprus.

Marco Polo is currently a finalist in the Completed Buildings: Housing category at this year's World Architectural Festival, which will be held in Singapore between 6–8 November.

Designed as a focal point for the the M3M Golf Estate in 2012, the brief called for a total built area of approximately 16,200 m² with individual programmes clustered both vertically and horizontally to emphasize exclusivity, luxury and privacy.

The concept for the Clubhouse was to separate the building into three principle volumes housing entertainment, health and sports programmes. Each of these core functions merge and overlap with high end restaurants, an entertainment centre, conference facilities, banqueting and function rooms, a luxury spa and fitness centre.

Four of our buildings for the M3M Golf Estate have now been completed with St Andrews, Latitude, Tee Point, and Urbana Premium all featured in this year's Oscar nominated 'The White Tiger', starring Adarsh Gourav.

We're very excited to announce the purchase of a 4-storey building in Waterloo. Complete with roof terrace, we will be refurbishing our new London home to create a part office, part club with spaces for relaxation, informal meetings, and events.

With only a 9 minute walk to The London Eye or 12 minutes to the Palace of Westminster, the team look forward to exploring the new neighbourhood.

Topping Out: we are delighted to share that Phase 1 of our first tower in Mexico with Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos has now topped out. Located in Puebla, the towers of Sadro Residencias are inspired by the imposing profiles of the nearby Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanoes.
