Phase 2 at Finsbury Park is well underway. 👷‍♂️🔨

This time, we’re back in Dexter’s original office, connected to the previous project, but in need of a complete modern makeover, bringing it up to speed, matching the previous project!

We stripped the space right back to brick in order to develop it with a new lease of life!

✔️ New risers
✔️ New hot water system
✔️ New flooring
✔️ New lighting
✔️ Improved layout and flow
✔️New data and power points for signs
and more!

A full transformation, carefully managed by the team from start to finish.

The sound of a hob asking for retirement...

Click. Click. Click… and absolutely nothing. 😅🔥

This gas hob is ready for retirement, so the next step is simple, measure everything up, source a few suitable replacement options to match the owner’s budget, and make sure the new unit fits the existing worktop cut-out perfectly.

Once the new hob is fitted, we’ll also take the old one away and dispose of it properly.

Problem identified. Replacement sorted. 👌

Our client will be cooking in no time at all! ✅

Finsbury Park: Phase 2 / Part 1 💪

After transforming the neighbouring space, we’re now moving straight into their other (original office) for a full revamp.

From the street, they look like two separate buildings… but behind the scenes and from the back they’re all connected, with the café sitting between both spaces from the street view! 🏢☕

This next phase starts with another full strip-out before we rebuild, refresh and bring the office up to the same standard as Phase 1.

Plenty more to come from this one. ⚡🛠️

A broken ring circuit, a couple of affected sockets and no easy access under the floors… so it’s time to find another route. 👷‍♂️

-From then we replaced the consumer unit.

-Relocated the sockets from the skirting to the wall.

-Then added a few extra sockets while we were there, because somehow there’s never enough of them.

🎶 Signed, sealed, delivered… fixed! ✅

This bathroom basin was loose and missing sealant around the edges, not ideal when water’s involved. 💧

Our team secured the basin, applied a fresh seal around the edges and left everything neat, watertight and looking as it should.

Another small repair making a big difference. 👌
