Camp Hill in Digbeth, Birmingham’s creative quarter will provide much more than just homes:

In addition to the development of six residential buildings and accessible gardens it will also include shared internal amenity spaces consisting of a concierge service, gym co-working offices, private dining rooms and rooftop terraces.

We are delighted to have secured a unanimous planning approval for Camp Hill Gardens on behalf of .

The planning permission by will enable the development of 550 homes on the four acre site of the former Sulzer factory in Digbeth, Birmingham's creative quarter.

The project includes six residential buildings arranged around more than an acre of private gardens.

We are thrilled to share that Harcourt House has been shortlisted in the Heritage Project category of the Awards 2022.

Harcourt House, a prominent Edwardian building was originally constructed in 1903 as one of the first purpose built apartment buildings in central London. Once home to many famous Dukes and Earl’s almost three centuries later, it has been restored to create some of the finest apartments in London.

Who doesn’t love a roof terrace especially with this warm weather we are experiencing? ☀️

Located at the junction of Warwick Street and Beak Street, close to Golden Square and Regent Street, our award winning Axtell House sits in the global centre of creative and retail sectors.

At roof level, the building features a stunning garden with unique views across Soho and beyond. The retrofit of the building has greatly improved access for all with level access, showers, accessible WCs and refreshment provision to all levels as well as greatly improved security, daylight, acoustic performance, climate control and data provision. There are new opportunities for social interaction and diverse working habits with the bay design of the extension and relief from the working day on the roof terrace.

The building has been transformed into a seven-storey headquarters office development; a dynamic and adaptable work space that caters to this diverse and global target market, reflecting these key sectors’ innovations and ever-changing working modes.

We are excited to share that have now achieved carbon neutrality.

Thanks to Rupert Calvert, Samantha Litherland and the team for steering this initiative with Plannet Zero and Redshaw Advisors Ltd who use a blend of offsets from a Gold Standard wind project and a Verra CCBA forestry project to mix biodiversity protection and restoration with fuel switching to renewable energy.

Currently these are Maisa Amazon REDD+ in Brazil and Gold Standard Karnataka Wind Farm in India.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be surrounded by nature and views of the sea? Darling Associates have designed this off grid beach house on the Portuguese Atlantic coast. The house will be clad in timber flotsam salvaged from the adjoining beach and will be entirely self sufficient in energy and water.

We are thrilled 🎉 to have won an Office Agents Society's OAS Development Award 2022 for ‘Best Delivered Scheme West End under 35,000 sq ft’ for Axtell Soho.

'Axtell Soho is a great example of a successfully revitalised office building creating bright and dynamic office floors. The buildings impressive fenestration is evident from street level. The sympathetic design uses the grandeur of the stone structure and Art Deco accents of the original building. This Art Deco inspired pattern is cleverly brought through into the reception and lobbies at every floor. In addition the newly created roof level allowed for the inclusion of a new terrace space which sits in harmony with its surroundings.' were the judges' comments.
