Record temperatures. Record electricity demand.

This is a live customer system during today's London heatwave.

The home is generating 3.69 kW from solar while importing just 2 W from the grid and still charging the battery.

The property is being cooled using radiant cooling, where cool water circulates through the floors or ceilings to gently absorb heat and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

Combined with solar panels and a heat pump, the sunshine driving up temperatures outside can also help power the system keeping the home comfortable inside.
