🔧🏛️ Upgrade Completed. Andrews Water Heater Replacement ♨️🚰

Another successful commercial plant room upgrade completed by the team at PHG Mechanical 👷‍♂️⚙️

We recently replaced a very old, discontinued Andrews Water Heater within a listed building, where careful planning and attention to detail were essential to preserve the character of the property while modernising its hot water system. 🏛️✨

The existing unit had reached the end of its service life, with replacement parts no longer readily available. Our engineers carried out the full removal and installation of a new Andrews Water Heaters system, including modifications to pipework, flue arrangements, controls, and commissioning to ensure reliable performance for years to come. 🔩🔧🔥

From dismantling the old unit to commissioning the new installation, every stage of the project was completed with precision, professionalism, and minimal disruption to the building occupants. 👌💪
