Recent work to correct leadwork that had failed any LSA standard. What I would call a back of a hammer job. Unsurprisingly the contractor did not get paid.

A full repointing of this detached property in Kingston upon Thames. We add cement colour to tone down the pointing on these old London bricks .

Re-built roof opening with grade 3 plywood.
New code 5 lead dormer sides and code 6 top. New code 7 lead box gutter replacing badly installed code 5 gutter. This house in Twickenham is over 300 years old .
The new code 7 box gutter should last until the house is 400 years old .
