We are one of your local NICEIC approved contractors. In light of the new mandatory EICR laws coming into effect from 1 July on rented properties we are offering a competitive rate on this service to local property agents. Our prices start at £82.50 + VAT.

We make it as easy as possible, simply send us the details and we will contact the tenant and make all the arrangements needed. Our small team is highly experienced in customer service and is always on hand to help.

In the event a property does not meet current regulations, we do not issue an unsatisfactory certificate, instead we provide a free quotation for the works needed to obtain a satisfactory certificate. This makes the process as easy and as simple as possible and also avoids unnecessary costs to the landlord by having to pay for two certificates, which most companies currently do.
