We are proud to celebrate an incredible milestone with 25 inspiring young people at Buckingham Palace, marking their achievement of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Gold Award.
Over the past 10 months, these individuals from the Early Careers Community have demonstrated outstanding commitment to their personal development - building resilience, confidence, and self-belief, while strengthening teamwork and leadership skills. From volunteering and physical challenges to expedition and skill development, their journey reflects the very best of what can be achieved with determination and support.
At Amey, we are passionate about creating opportunities for young people to grow and thrive. Supporting programmes like the Duke of Edinburgh Award not only helps individuals unlock their potential, but also strengthens our future workforce. Participants gain valuable transferable skills - communication, problem-solving, adaptability - that are essential in today’s working environment.
For Amey, this investment supports our commitment to nurturing talent, building inclusive communities, and developing the next generation of skilled professionals. For the young people, it is a life-changing experience that builds confidence, broadens horizons, and creates lasting memories.
Congratulations to all 25 Gold Award holders - we are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved. 👏
