For the last 3 weeks, we’ve been working on a complete refurbishment of a 3-bedroom house, and we’ve loved every minute of it.

The project included:
• A brand-new kitchen
• A brand-new bathroom
• Installation of an RSJ and blocking up the original entrance to create a wider opening from the living area into the kitchen
• New lighting throughout all three bedrooms
• New sockets throughout
• New laminate flooring
• A complete central heating system replacement
• Two new vertical radiators installed in the living room
• Additional lighting and sockets in the living room
• Half-tiled and half-laminate flooring through the hallway leading into the kitchen
• Full house plastering
• New skirting boards and architraves throughout

Seeing the transformation from start to finish has been incredibly rewarding. The hard work, attention to detail, and teamwork have all paid off, and we’re proud of the finished result. It’s projects like this that remind us why we love what we do.

This week we managed to turn a small toilet and sink room in to a shower room, rearanging wastes under floor to make use of the space. Power for new mirror, tiled in 600x600 porcelain tiles throughout.
Upstairs was a small toilet room we again made use of what space we had and installed a toilet with basin on cistern with small rad. Again tiled in 600x600 porcelain tiles. 👌🏼

Bathroom finished today. All same layout, bath and sink with units kept and reused. Just changed taps and wastes. New bigger shower enclosure 1200x800 with new thermostatic bar shower added.
Bigger towel rail installed. Power for new mirror over basin. Walls and ceiling re plastered and painted.
Wall tiles 300x600 with added feature above. 600x600 floor tiles. Jasmine grout and silicon to match and finish off.

Bathroom completed yesterday no before picture as forgot lol. 1800 bath changing shower valve to other end for screen to be added.
600x300 ceramic tiles on walls, 400x200 porcelain planks on floor. 400x1800 towel rail with corner valves. 4x downlights on ceiling plastered and painted. Bathroom extractor fan added. Managed to get done in 4 days to have a long weekend off 👌🏼

Wow this bathroom this week was a tough battle but we did it 50sqm of tiling 4 blades later lol but came out unreal really happy. All walls has to be insulated with selotex , re boarded. Ceiling’s plastered and painted. 600x600 porcelain tiles throughout. Niches installed downlights mirror extractor fan.
Towel rail and a radiator due to size of the bathroom. Glad this one is done we go again 👌🏼

Job completed today, this was a open hallway with a porch, porch removed, small window installed, new portion walls put up with a sliding pocket door to create more room, toilet, sink, towel rail added, mirror with power, metro tiles halve way up, plastered in and out. Painted. Still a nice size hallway great use of space. Glass to be added on window and flooring throughout at later date. 👌🏼

Small room completed today in Hackney, full rip out, all boxing removed, polystyrene ceiling brought down, plastered and painted, new bath, panel, sink, rad, light, shower screen etc. 900x300 ceramic wall tiles, 400x150 porcelain floor tiles, gunmetal grout and sealant to finish the look off.

Bathroom completed, wall removed and new shower cubical 900x900 built in to hallway to make bathroom more spacious, 5 downlights added new bathroom extractor, power for new mirror. Plastered and painted. Metros halve way with green 200x350 ceramic tiles in shower as a feature. Brush brass towel rail 500x1200. New wood effect water proof flooring. New window. Sealed and delivered.
