WE’RE HIRING – DENHAM / UXBRIDGE AREA 🛠️

Safebound Fencing Specialists is growing, and we’re looking for good, reliable people to join our team full-time.

We’re based in Denham and are looking for people with experience in fencing, landscaping, groundworks, construction or similar trades.

You don’t necessarily need to be an experienced fencer — attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

We’re looking for people who:

• Turn up on time and can be relied upon
• Take pride in their work
• Have a good attitude and work ethic
• Are comfortable with physical/outdoor work
• Want consistent, full-time work
• Want to learn, improve and progress
• Ideally hold a full UK driving licence

Earnings: £150–£250+ per day depending on experience, ability and responsibility.

This isn’t just an opportunity to turn up and do the same job forever.

We’re building Safebound into a much larger, highly professional fencing company and investing heavily into our yard, equipment, vehicles, training and systems.

For the right people, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into senior installer, supervisory and management positions as the company grows.

Every day is another step forward.

This morning we’re heading back to a school that we originally surveyed earlier this year. The project has now been approved, so we’re revisiting the site before moving things forward.

Alongside that, we’ve got a busy day of quotations and site visits. The momentum is building.

One of our biggest focuses at Safebound is continuing to grow within the commercial sector. Schools, industrial estates, business parks, logistics yards and larger security projects are where we’re heading.

The goal isn’t just to take on bigger projects—it’s to build better systems, a stronger team, and a business that consistently delivers high-quality work on every job.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and we’ll keep bringing you along for the journey.
