We’re Wells Construction, a local building company based in Sawbridgeworth and working across Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.

We see homes where there’s technically plenty of square footage — but the layout just doesn’t suit the way the family lives anymore.

— A separate kitchen nobody wants to be stuck in.

The building may be temporarily opened up. Weather can change. Deliveries can arrive before their final position is ready. Other parts of the property may still be occupied and in daily use.

These moments do not need drama. They need forethought: sensible sequencing, temporary protection, secure storage and a clear understanding of what must stay usable.
