Our design for 'The Arncliffe Centre' in Halewood, Uk, sits above shallow reflecting pools, without which its symmetry in all directions would not be complete. It stretches its wings like an albatross hovering inches above the water that gives a sense of weightlessness as though it might just land any minute now!

The Masterplan of approximate 66,500 sq meters Site was rejuvenated to meet the local aspirations and functions set out by the Town Committee of Halewood to integrate a fragmented site.

The concept of the form originated from the traditional sloping roof seen in the town but represented with a modern twist. The roof twists to become the entrance and spans across to the side.
