The customer told me that two previous engineers said he needed a new boiler. 2 hours later I had removed the boiler off the wall, replaced the faulty part and had it back on the wall. I then serviced the boiler, replacing the often overlooked ionisation probes to ensure the boiler doesnt melt itself in the future.

End result another happy customer!
