Loft recently completed with a new front roof with 3 velux windows for a new client

We put a Swisspearl Westerland Slate on this roof, which is a Textured surface, dressed edge, fibre cement roof slate. Lightweight, pre-holed and easy to cut. No need to be graded or sorted like natural slate, 

3 layers of torch on felt was installed on this Warm deck flat roof. 1 layer of perforated, 1 layer of 3mm underlay and then the top layer.

Black fascia, soffit and guttering as installed on the dorma once it was all slated in to finish of the roof.

Roof completed last week for
L-Shaped dormer, 2 Velux windows on front elevation. Also skylight on the flat roof for some natural light. Moss red plain tiles went onto the dormer.
