We’ve recently been made aware of rogue traders operating in the South Ockendon area, knocking on doors and offering “urgent” roof repairs at heavily discounted prices.

Please be cautious if someone:
⚠️ Turns up uninvited claiming your roof is damaged
⚠️ Pressures you into making an immediate decision
⚠️ Asks for large cash payments upfront
⚠️ Refuses to provide written quotes or proof of insurance

Sadly, we’re already seeing local homeowners being left out of pocket for poor or incomplete work.

If you’re concerned about your roof, always:
✔️ Use an established local company with a physical presence
✔️ Check reviews and credentials
✔️ Get a written quotation
✔️ Never feel pressured into “today only” deals
