Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for Cleaners to join our property maintenance business.

Each job can be different from
End of tenancy cleans to regular commercial work e.g communal hallways so a need to be flexible, to have your own car and equipment although this can be organised.

Needs to be Self Employed but regular work can be given as we grow. Most work will be in Croydon/Bromley and surrounding areas.

Up to £15 per hour depending on the work on a self employed basis.

Must be able to work in the school holidays.

Needs to have a car.

HMO’s the trend now is to create professional HMO’s not just for students. We recently decorated a HMO and the client wanted something fresh on the walls to be decorated afterwards with quirky furniture. Check out those straight lines of our tradesmen. If you have a HMO or similar property why don’t you get us to quote you for something similar. The more professional a place is decorated = charge more £££ and will@rent quicker.
