Urban R+D

Urban R+D We are Hackney-based architects that survey the city recording underutilised space and inefficiencies in the urban fabric.

Our Negative Space survey is a community-centred and architect-led push to responsibly source opportunities for a more considerate form of urban development. We are educated and impartial observers of the city, enablers of responsible development and activators of space.
