Raking-Shore for Specsavers in Sutton 🕶️

The lads read the design perfectly… Clearly went to Specsavers…

Sorry, it had to be done.

Executed to a high standard, with all aspects carefully constructed in accordance with the design drawings and calculations, this Raking Shore has been erected to provide essential support to the building’s external walls due to underlying foundation issues. These issues have resulted in cracking throughout the walls and have caused sections of the structure to begin to subside.

To achieve the required kentledge, stated within the calculations, we worked with EWL , who supplied use with Legato blocks, these were positioned along the base of the buttress to provide the necessary ballast and stability to support the scaffold & structure.

Very pleased at the standard of the works carried out at Regents House in Dorking!

We erected a full intricate protection and access scaffold, splayed around a hexagonal building, this scaffold was designed and calculated to provide everything Northeast Demolition UK needed to carry out their works 💪🏽

We worked alongside Northeast Demolition and Hill Group on this project which ran adjacent to a Network Rail Station, all designs and Compliance sheets were inspected and signed of by Network Rail to ensure it met all required regulations.
