To celebrate the opening of our new office, our Senior Management Team came together for an evening to mark an important milestone in the continued development of SRS.

The evening was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, enjoying a delicious buffet, great conversations, shared moments and laughter. It gave us a chance to step away from our daily routines, appreciate each other's company and reflect on how far SRS has come and what we hope to achieve together in the years ahead.

Our new office represents more than a change of location. It reflects our continued commitment to investing in our people, improving our working environment and strengthening the support we provide across the business.

Whether working in our office or on the front line at our clients' premises, every member of the SRS team plays an important role in the company's success. As we continue to grow, we want that progress to bring meaningful improvements for all our employees and security officers through stronger collaboration, enhanced operational support and continued opportunities for professional development.
This milestone belongs to everyone who contributes to SRS, and we are proud of the dedication, professionalism and commitment our teams demonstrate every day.

Congratulations to Gabriele Rostro Benigno on becoming a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Gabriel has been part of Security Risk Specialists Ltd for several years and previously served as Operations Manager, giving him a strong understanding of both the security sector and the daily realities faced by our operational teams.

Today, as our Recruitment and Office Support Coordinator, Gabriel remains closely connected to our SRS team through recruitment, onboarding and ongoing office support. He is often one of the first people new colleagues meet when joining SRS, and his experience and approachable manner have helped him build strong relationships across the business.

Completing his Mental Health First Aid training has given Gabriel additional practical knowledge and skills that complement his existing experience. The qualification helps people recognise when someone may benefit from support, respond appropriately and guide them towards professional help where needed.

For SRS, this is also part of a broader commitment to developing our people and giving our colleagues additional skills that can support their own professional development as well as the wider team.

Alongside initiatives such as our ongoing , we continue to invest in training and development opportunities that enable our team to broaden their knowledge, strengthen their skills and continue growing professionally within the business.

These opportunities also strengthen the way we work together across SRS and support the high standards of service and professionalism we aim to provide to our clients every day.

We are pleased to see Gabriel continue to develop his knowledge, skills and contribution as part of SRS.

Throughout August, Dinu continued to demonstrate the professionalism and reliability he has brought to his role since joining SRS. He responded well to changing requirements, maintained a consistently high standard of service and was always willing to step in and support colleagues and management when needed.

This week, our SRS Management Team took part in a new session of the SRS Leadership & Communication Programme, delivered by Anna Darvas, Executive Coach, Facilitator and professional actress.

Initiated by our Founder and Managing Director, Yair Daren, the SRS Leadership & Communication Programme is an ongoing management development initiative designed to strengthen leadership, communication and collaboration through a series of practical workshops.

At SRS, developing our management team is closely connected to the standards we want to deliver across the business. Strong leadership and effective communication help our managers support our Security-Concierge teams, understand the people they work with and build strong professional relationships with our clients.

This latest session focused on the SCARF Model, Positions & Interests, and High Buy-in & High Understanding. These frameworks provided different perspectives on how individual needs, motivations and interests can influence communication, engagement and decision-making.

Through practical exercises, role-play scenarios and group discussions, the team explored how these approaches can be applied to real situations, while sharing experiences and learning from one another.

Anna's positive energy and engaging approach are an important part of the experience. Combining her coaching expertise with her acting background, she creates an interactive environment that naturally encourages participation, open discussion and reflection.

The SRS Leadership & Communication Programme reflects our continued investment in our people and our commitment to developing strong, thoughtful and effective leadership across SRS.

Meet the newest members of Security Risk Specialists Ltd.

We had some very special visitors at SRS today, with a few of our team members joined by their children during the school holidays.

They were quick to settle in, meet the team and find out what happens behind the scenes. Before long, they were getting involved too, happily lending a helping hand to our SRS Management Team.

For working parents, the school holidays can require a bit of extra juggling.
At SRS, we understand those challenges and the importance of supporting our people in balancing work and family life.

For our younger visitors, it was a chance to discover a little of the working world and see what their parents do. For our team, their enthusiasm, curiosity and smiles brought a refreshing change to the working day and made the office feel that little bit more special.
