🏗️ **PROJECT PROGRESS | OLYMPIA LONDON**

Works are now well underway on our latest project at **Olympia London**, where PWB Drylining & Interiors Ltd are delivering the drylining package for a new gym fit-out.

The latest site photos show **first-fix works progressing**, with the internal spaces beginning to take shape as our team works through the initial partitioning and framing.

It’s great to be back working at Olympia following our previous project at **Pillar Hall**, and even better to be starting a new relationship with another client on this development.

A good start from the team on site, with plenty more progress to come over the next few weeks.

🏗️ NEW CONTRACT AWARD | OLYMPIA LONDON

We’re pleased to announce another new contract award for PWB Drylining & Interiors Ltd, as we return to Olympia London to deliver the interior fit-out works for a new gym facility.

It’s particularly good to be returning to Olympia, where we previously completed the drylining and interior works at Pillar Hall, and this time we’ll be working with a new client.

Securing repeat work at major London developments while also building relationships with new clients is exactly where we want to be.

Our team is looking forward to getting started and delivering the same high standards across the project.

🏗️ **Weekly Site Progress | St Mark’s, London**

This week we’re taking you on a quick walkthrough of one of the floors at our **St Mark’s project in London**, giving a better view of how the apartment layouts are starting to take shape.

Our **partition systems are now first fixed**, clearly defining the individual apartments, rooms and circulation areas as the project progresses.

The **riser cupboards have also been plastered and prepared ahead of the M&E installation**, allowing the services teams to follow on efficiently without having to work around unfinished surfaces later.

It’s great to see the spaces developing and the coordination between trades keeping the programme moving forward.

🏗️ **Weekly Site Progress | Kingston upon Thames**

This week’s site progress update comes from our **high-end residential development in Kingston upon Thames**, where works are continuing to move forward across the scheme.

The development comprises **eight new homes**, and it’s great to see the **show flat now fully finished and ready for viewings**, giving prospective buyers their first opportunity to see the quality and finish of the completed development.

Some of the external hoarding has also now been removed, opening up the site and showcasing the impressive views from the development.

Meanwhile, the PWB team has moved into **Plot 4**, where we are progressing with the **second fix drylining works**, getting the walls and ceilings ready for the plastering stage.

Projects like this are particularly rewarding as the finished spaces begin to emerge from what was originally an active construction site, and you can really start to see the quality of the overall development taking shape.

Another good week of progress from the team as we continue working through the remaining plots.

🏗️ **Weekly Site Progress | St Mark’s, London**

Another productive week at our **St Mark’s project in London**, with works continuing to progress across multiple areas of the site.

One floor of the **SFS installation** has now received its **external cement board**, marking another important stage in getting the external wall build-up progressed.

Elsewhere, the PWB team has now **started works in the basement**, while further up the building we’ve moved onto the next floor and begun installing the **resilient bars for the underdraw**, ready for the following stages of the ceiling build-up.

There’s also been a noticeable change outside the project this week, with the **main contractor replacing the full site hoarding**, giving the entire site a smart, clean and refreshed appearance.

With our works now progressing across several floors and different areas of the building, good planning, coordination and material movement remain key to keeping everything moving efficiently.

Another solid week of progress from everyone involved at St Mark’s. 👏

🏗️ **Weekly Site Progress | St Mark’s, London**

Another busy week at our **St Mark’s project in London**, with the PWB team progressing several key areas of the drylining and fire protection package.

This week we’ve been **setting out and first fixing the party wall systems**, incorporating **British Gypsum FireStrip** as part of the required fire performance detailing.

Works are also progressing with the **insulation and fire protection cladding to the new structural steel columns**, alongside the installation of new **FireLine boards to the underdraw**.

We’ve also **plastered the riser cupboards ahead of programme**, allowing them to be mist coated before the M&E installation begins. A relatively small bit of forward planning, but one that makes life easier for everyone and avoids trying to complete finishes around installed services later in the programme.

Logistics continue to be a challenge, with **restricted loading and limited space on site** meaning deliveries and material distribution need careful planning and coordination.

Another good week of progress and a great example of different trades working together to keep the project moving safely and efficiently.

Another productive week on site at St Mark's, with great progress being made across several key areas of the project.

Our team has been busy encasing the new structural steel columns in Glasroc, providing the required fire protection, while first fixing the new partition systems to define the internal layout ready for the next phase of works. We've also been forming the service route letterboxes, ensuring coordinated access for the M&E installations that will follow.

It's great to see the project continuing to move forward thanks to the quality workmanship and dedication of everyone on site.

Another week of progress at our St Mark's project, with the team making excellent headway on both the SFS installation and Fireline underdraw.

The steel framing system is taking shape, providing the structural framework for the next stages of the build, while the Fireline underdraw is being installed to deliver the required fire performance and create a solid foundation for the internal finishes to follow.

A great example of careful planning, quality workmanship and close collaboration on site to keep the programme moving safely and efficiently.
