A brilliant before & after from our trade partner

These special shaped shutters have completely transformed this bedroom, adding privacy and light control while fitting beautifully around the unique shape of the windows.

Another great example of how made-to-measure shutters can make the most of even the trickiest spaces.

☀️ Keep Your Home Cooler This Summer ☀️

🔥 When the summer sun is shining, your shutters can do much more than provide privacy. 🔥

Closing your shutters during the hottest part of the day can help reduce the amount of heat entering your home, keeping rooms cooler and more comfortable.

Here's why homeowners love them during the warmer months:
🌡️ Reduce glare from bright sunshine
❄️ Help keep rooms feeling cooler
🛋️ Create a more comfortable living space
🪟 Control exactly how much light enters your room
💷 May even help reduce the need for fans or air conditioning

For over 15 years, Woodthorpe Joinery has been supplying and fitting made-to-measure shutters throughout North & East London, combining expert craftsmanship with the personal service you'd expect from a family-run business.

Do you keep your blinds or shutters open all day, or close them when the sun is at its strongest? 🌞
