Throughout the year, TGFL’s 20 under 20 shall work cohesively for identification of opportunity, fostering networking and collaboration and doing works to create an impact in the society. They are expected to use their existing knowledge and experience to initiate works and enhance their leadership and other qualities. Also, paving their way towards becoming future leaders by being interactive and proactive.

We have 3 main criteria:
Scholarship
First and foremost, we search for lifelong learners. We look for students who are engaged with their education, whether that be in high school, community college, or at a 4-year university. Our Listmakers are eager to take advantage of the academic opportunities that come their way.

Community
Listmakers are also dedicated to serving their community. Whether through school, or a local non-profit organization, Listmakers are working towards making their community a more just and equitable place.

Leadership
Ultimately, 20 Under 20 Listmakers are leaders – young people who inspire and lead others. Most importantly, they stand for what they believe in. We are seeking students who have the courage to translate their dreams into action and energize their community.
