Quit an unusual job a structural repair to a fifties timber framed house the rear elevation have suffered badly with rot so had to prop up the first floor and remove the rear ground floor elevation the rebuild with a 4x2 c24 load bearing timber frame and clad it with 25mm opc ply as there are many changes to the EPC regulations we have now insulated both front and rear elevations with 50mm insulation fixed with stainless steel screws ready to except a thin coat render system
