☕ Bringing Roofing and Construction Closer Together
Last Friday, we were delighted to join Phoenix Consortia in welcoming Sonia Short and Paul Colder from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) to deliver an insightful presentation to a group of roofing professionals – many of whom were former Institute of Roofing members.
The session explored the opportunities available through the CIOB to progress towards Chartered Membership, and the response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many are now planning to submit their applications before the introductory offer for IoR members ends later this year.
The discussion also highlighted the newly launched Chartered Membership Programme (CMP) for experienced practitioners, along with the fantastic CIOB Academy – a free learning platform open to everyone, offering a huge range of professional development courses relevant across our industry.
