Have to say this tool for using ladders on stairs is brilliant, i used one in america a few years ago & managed to get one in my local decorator's merchants, its called the , they have around 10 different used & can be used on roofs.

Were currently working on a commercial unit in hackney east london. The client called us asking if we could refinish a galvanised ceiling that was installed to support a concret slab that was poured on top of the galvanised. We were able to offer advice on paint specification & will be spray finishing the ceiling for a factory finish. Nig shout out to , weve always feed our dog a raw food diet i dont think you will find a better food for your dog, weve tried lots of different brands over the years, this is my first order from & i have to say they have surpassed my expectations. Nice size packs & the meat looks so good you could eat it yourself. We will have one happy dog again, ribs our dog has been on dry food for a couple of days which i have to say im happy its over as his farts & sloppy poops wont be missed. i was sold a pipe dream today on my way home from work, the billboard definitely worked, then when the delivery arrived the reality hit.

This one turned into a proper restoration job, the gutters & downpipes were blocked with moss & muck from the roof, this caused water to run down the brickwork causing alot of damage to the pointing, we replaced the guttering & downpipe, then applied & fungicide wash to the entire building, before powerwashing the whole house to kill & remove any algae & mould that was on the building, if this step is missed the paint will fail within months as the mould & fungus is live & will keeping growing under the new paint coating & will eventually push the paint off the building. we then sorted out any pointing, followed by full redecoration of the building, we used self cleaning masonry paint should last a long time.

Here's a glimps into the work that can go into just a front door, we've just wrapped up this exterior restoration job basically of all previously painted surfaces, this house had not been repainted in over 20 yrs, caused alot of damage to the property because of lack of maintenance. We had to pretty much burn all the paint of the front of this house as the previous paint coatings had failed & basically had been painted over multiple times.

We stripped all paint from the door, then we burned out all the knots on the door to remove as much resin from them as possible. Then the door was sanded down, then filled all defects, applied 1 coat of aluminium primer, then light sand down & second filled any defects, applied two coats of undercoat, followed by a light sanding, then applied 3 coats of isomat aqua colour - samurai green. We also took the ironmongery from the door & sprayed the a black satin to update the brass finish. This should last for yrs to come🤞

It's been a tough couple of weeks working on this exterior, our first of the year. Wow thus is one rough exterior, we started off by removing any flaking paint, then applying a fungicide wash over the whole exterior before power washing it down to remove lots of mould & layers of dirt & grime. All the gutters & down pipes were fully loaded with moss, they will be getting replaced. We then discovered that pretty much the front have of the house we had to burn all the paint off as it has tons of cracks in the paintwork. We have stripped the timber door & frame & the timber arch, we will burn any knots in the timber to remove any resin, then apply a coat of aluminium primer to all the woodwork this will help to keep the woodwork is great nick for years to come. We will be finishing the woodwork in isomat aqua satin, the masonry will be finished in johnstones self cleaning masonry paint.
