It's cherry blossom time and it's put me in such a positive mood to seek them out today. It seems nature is taking very good care of itself. The dry weather is perfect to help the flowering plants to last long.

It was a beautiful day, after a week of rain. As we planted this border for the meditation garden at a Temple in Woking, the thought occurred to me that the garden and your mind are alike. You can strive for perfection, but it's the moments that we take care of ourselves or tend to our garden that are the most precious and beautiful.
