The details behind a comfortable home.

Underfloor heating installation is progressing across our Kensington project, alongside waterproofing and internal wall construction.

Much of the work at this stage will eventually disappear beneath the finishes, but getting these details right now is what makes the difference later.

From the outside… still looking a little scary 😅🏗️

Scaffolding everywhere, open windows and plenty of work still to do — but give us a little time and this view will look very different.

Not pretty yet… but it will be. 👀✨

Progress continues on our Kensington project.

The spaces are really starting to take shape, with internal partitions progressing, underfloor heating being installed and the next stages of the internal build now well underway.

It’s great to see the transition from major structural works into the detailed construction phase, where the final layout is becoming much easier to visualise.

Plenty more to come.

From the outside… well, let’s just say we’re not winning any beauty contests yet. 😂🏗️

Scaffolding, boarded-up windows, skips and a bit of organised chaos — all part of the process.

It may look scary now, but give us some time… we promise there’s a beautiful house hiding under there somewhere. 😅✨

The unseen work is often the most important.

Our basement package combines structural engineering, specialist waterproofing and thermal performance to create a warm, dry and durable environment for generations to come.

Current progress on site:
• Type C cavity drain waterproofing system installed
• Insulated plasterboard ceiling installation underway
• Structural steel and support framework completed
• Service routes and partitions taking shape
• Preparation for first fix MEP works progressing

Every detail hidden behind the finishes matters just as much as the finishes themselves.

Most people see a basement.

We see:
a cinema room,
a gym,
a spa,
a w**e cellar,
a playroom,
or whatever our client dreams of creating.

Before any of that comes engineering, waterproofing and structure.

Every exceptional space starts with getting the fundamentals right.
