Reporting directly into the Management Team, your role will be to provide administrative support to all departments across the business. Within your role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Provide administration support and assistance to the team in the delivery of projects.
Dealing with incoming / outgoing calls and emails.
Preparing paperwork for projects.
Liaising with clients - maintain contact lists and update customer client information.
Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments, communicate with relevant teams when needed.
Managing the office operation.
• Overseeing a small portfolio of properties and manage the maintenance and supplier’s contracts, manage bills etc.
• 80 / 20 split of business and personal assistance, you will be responsible for providing extensive diary management.

• Global travel arrangements including hotels, transport, restaurants, visas
• Providing wide-ranging administrative support.
• Undertaking research on potential new projects
Key Skills:
Well presented, enthusiastic individual who is committed to high levels of organisation and customer service, with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate excellent administrative skills, plus be able to prioritise and organise own work load.
An excellent knowledge of computer programmes (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel).
Have proficient writing and literacy skills.
Self-motivated, methodical and confident.
Previous administrative experience in property.
Development/construction industry an advantage.
We are based in Fulham and our working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
