Another quality installation carried out by AC Plumbing & Heating.

New Vaillant system boiler with Vaillant protection kit filter bumping up the warranty to a massive 10 years.

3 wire kit fitted, fully flushed central heating system and then treated with inhibitor protector.

System commissioned as per manufacturers instructions, signed off with gas safe and building control compliance certificate issued upon completion.

Worcester Bosch Greenstar right hand block had a hairline crack that started spraying mains water early this morning, causing some damage to this client’s kitchen. Supplied and fitted new right hand manifold block within a few hours of their call to us.

A leaking diverter valve, a letting by leaky auto air vent and a rusted through support bracket repair today on this Vaillant Ecotec pro combi boiler. Boiler stripped out and replaced all damaged components.

Naughty naughty. This flue failed the integrity check🤦🏻‍♂️. It was barely inserted correctly and seals had failed. New flue supplied and fitted, including a plume management kit to comply with clearances to a new doorway adjacent to the flue position. All safety checks PASS. Flue gas analysis PASS. Job done 👌🏼

Old Vaillant out, new Vaillant in. Lack of service and upkeep, barely any maintenance done to it, a long list of failed components made this old Ecotec combi uneconomical to repair. Scaffolding erected for safe access to the roof for the flue replacement, new Vaillant Ecotec pro 30 supplied, fitted and commissioned. New Adey Magnaclean central heating filtration, mains shock arrestor, scale inhibitor, EPH RF programmable room stat complying with boiler plus regulations, all setup and working to max efficiency.

This 18 year old, first generation Vaillant Ecotec plus 612 system boiler is still running like the day it was fitted. All down to regular servicing and safety checks as per manufactures instructions. Keeping on top of water quality, making sure all is working as it should be and maintaining to the high stands we work to.

This Worcester Bosch combi boiler was in desperate need of repair. Cracked sump that was leaking condensate, products of combustion leaking from the failed gasket on the main hex. Fully stripped down, new sump, new flue stat, new gasket and electrodes maintenance pack supplied and fitted. Now working safety and efficiently again.

Call out after client had a little go at trying to adjust fill valve on toilet due to water hammer. Ended up snapping float arm and isolation valve leaking. Quick trip to , new fill valve, new isolation valve along with flexi. Job done.
