This 3-bed semi-detached home is undergoing a full renovation, with the scope growing as the project has progressed. 🏡

For us, there’s no bigger compliment than a client trusting us with more of their home.

Having the opportunity to oversee a renovation more fully means we can make sure every part works together properly and ultimately create something genuinely transformational that can be enjoyed for years to come.

Still lots to do, but this one is really starting to take shape!

If only it was that quick…

Zygi making it look easy as usual. 🔨

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately - mainly because we’ve been very busy behind the scenes.

We’ve lots of exciting updates and things to share over the coming weeks 🙌

Turning vision into reality ✨

From the very first design concept to the final installation, every decision was made with one goal in mind - to create a kitchen that stayed true to the original vision.

Seeing the finished result reflect the original vision is what makes design-led renovation so rewarding.

We love these fun tiles from Otto Tiles & Design 🤩

This full bathroom refurbishment completely transformed the feel of the space.

Our client wanted to strip everything back and keep the walls clean and classic with crisp white brick tiles and white grout, creating the perfect backdrop for the beautiful patterned floor tiles. Sometimes all it takes is one bold design choice to completely change the character of a room.

The floor tiles are the stunning Sea Sparkle Slim Line from Otto Tiles & Design, and we absolutely love how they bring personality without overpowering the space.

What do you think... would you be brave enough to choose a statement floor? 👇

Beautiful homes rarely happen by accident.

Before a single wall is painted or a tile is installed, hundreds of decisions have already been made.

Which materials will age well?
Which finishes suit the property?
Where is it worth investing?
Where can you save without compromising quality?

That’s why material selection forms such an important part of our process.

We work closely with our clients to create spaces that don’t just look beautiful on completion, but continue to perform and feel timeless for years to come.

Because great renovations begin long before construction starts.

When space is limited, every decision matters 👇

For this Notting Hill studio, the brief wasn’t to create something bold or overly designed. It was about making a compact home feel calm, functional and timeless.

Simplicity and clean lines became the foundation of the renovation, allowing the quality of the materials and craftsmanship to speak for themselves.

One of our favourite elements was restoring the original floorboards, preserving the character of the property while giving them a new lease of life. In the bathroom, we replaced the outdated suite with natural marble, complemented by brushed brass fittings to create a space that feels elegant, considered and built to last.

Working within period properties often comes with its own challenges, but it’s also what makes these projects so rewarding. We believe great renovations don’t always have to be the loudest—they’re about making thoughtful choices that enhance the way a space is lived in.

A small milestone for Lelys Renovations.

Over the last few months we’ve been building the foundations of the newly rebranded business behind the scenes. From launching our new website and rebrand to creating a stronger identity for the company we’re growing.

This week, it was time to get our van looking the part.

We worked with on a set of magnetic van signs and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The ordering process was straightforward, the quality is excellent, and they were incredibly easy to apply.

It’s a small change, but seeing the Lelys Renovations name on the van feels like another exciting step forward.

Thanks again to for helping bring our branding to life.
