More than 10 years as a LEED AP.

Anas Ayoub has renewed his LEED AP Building Design + Construction (BD+C) credential, first earned in 2015 and now valid through 2028.
The credential covers the design and construction of high-performance buildings, from material selection and energy performance to site and water strategies. Holding it for over a decade means those principles have been applied across real projects, not just studied for an exam.
For XD House, this supports how we advise clients on complex and large-scale projects where sustainability requirements are part of the delivery scope, not an afterthought.
