Hello my name is Javier and I have 7 years experience in plumbing & heating as well as some knowledge on most things in the building industry but I specialise in plumbing & heating. I love what I do and take a lot of pride in my work, sometimes it takes me longer than other traders but I dont like to rush to achieve my high standards (please see my pictures for some of my work). I do a lot of work

for a company as a sub-contractor on major builds and refurbishments, this can require me to travel far and I am interested in finding more local work so to spend more time with my family. I work mostly in house renovations and carry out big jobs from first fixing a house, powerflusing the central heating system to changing a tap washer or a leaky pipe repair. No job is to big or to small, I approach my customers with a friendly, simple and clear service. Qualifications;

City & Guilds level 2 in Plumbing and Heating. Vaillant certified in ;

Re-doing a bathroom wall that was majorly done wrong. Not only did they tile on top of the original tiles and used mdf sheets but also half of the of them weren't even there on the bath side!!. Strengthen with more noggins as it was weak and all waterproofed and tanked ready for tilling. 🤦
