Conor is supervising the project alongside trainee Callum, with the first stages of setting out and containment now taking shape.

🚧 New Project Update – Tesco Witham ❄️

Another busy day on site for the Phoenix ACR team at Tesco Witham, delivering a large-scale HVAC installation.

Our scope of works includes:

🔹 Installation of 8 × Mitsubishi Electric condensers serving 2 x Air Handling Units (AHUs) with 4 stages of cooling each
🔹 Full installation of containment, along with 3/4” and 1/2” refrigeration pipework
🔹 Installation of a Daikin VRV5 system serving 2 × 10kW cassette units for the staff canteen

🌙 Tonight’s shift: Conor and Rhys will be installing the Daikin VRV5 system and the two 10kW cassette units that will provide efficient climate control for the Tesco staff canteen. Best of luck to the lads working through the night to keep the project progressing on schedule.

✅ Another successful Daikin installation complete!
Full VRV IV upgrade at a Heathrow Airport hotel. Replaced a 22-year-old system with a new REYQ10 condenser, 2kW wall mounts across key offices (HR, GM, Duty Manager, Reservations, etc.) and 4kW cassettes.
Had to fully strip and rebuild the 8th floor roof plant due to crane restrictions near the airport — expertly delivered by the Phoenix ACR team 💪

❄️ Another quality installation completed by Phoenix ACR ❄️

We recently installed two Daikin air conditioning systems into this stunning new annex, providing efficient heating and cooling to both the kitchen and living room areas for year-round comfort.

The garden room itself was expertly supplied and installed by Modern Composite Garden Rooms, and we’re delighted to have been involved in helping create such a fantastic space.

Both systems have been fully installed, pressure tested, evacuated, commissioned and demonstrated to the client, ready to enjoy whatever the season.

Whether it’s a garden office, gym, studio, annex or entertainment space, air conditioning is one of the best upgrades you can make—keeping temperatures comfortable whatever the weather and providing efficient heating during the colder months.

Another tidy installation completed and ready for the customer to enjoy ahead of summer ☀️

Another successful project underway at a hotel near Heathrow Airport ✈️

Our team carried out the full strip down of a 22-year-old Daikin condenser located on the 8th floor roof, carefully dismantling and preparing the system ready for replacement.

With rooftop access and logistics being a major part of the project, all new components and equipment were safely transported up to roof level before Daikin attended site to carry out their specialist Strip Down & Rebuild service.

Projects like this require detailed planning, coordination and safe working practices from start to finish — especially when working at height in live hotel environments.

Great teamwork all round and looking forward to seeing the new system fully operational 🔧❄️
