Hot water sorted! 💧🔥
We were called out to the property due to no hot water, found that there was an issue with the programmer. The old programmer had been discontinued, but we tracked down a suitable replacement and were back at the property in under 24 hours. Tenants now have their hot water running perfectly again 👌

Couple of tap upgrades carried out this week swaped out the old mixer taps for sensor taps.

Pipework was altered and blending valves were installed in order to set the perfect water temperature.
