Here's one of pictures where we were carrying out an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) inspection to ensure that the installation is safe, up to standard and fully compliant. 🔍

An EICR involves a full inspection and testing of your property's electrical installation, checking for any deterioration, defects, or dangerous conditions that could put you and your family at risk. All work is carried out in line with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).

This garden hits different after dark.

Swipe to see the installation! 👉

Really enjoyed this job in Bushey, Hertforshire. We went with some slick up-and-down lights on the walls to make a real feature of the house, and then dotted these recessed lights across the new decking.

Looks simple, but the effect is massive. It completely changes the mood of the garden after dark. This spot is 100% ready for a BBQ or just a quiet evening chill. Another happy client, which is what it's all about.

Huge thanks to the team at .co for the black fencing and decking install – clean joinery makes the lighting look even sharper.

A much-needed upgrade on this job.

The previous installation was not only very old, but it also offered no protection against electric shock or earth-leakage faults.

We removed the outdated consumer unit and installed a new Contactum Defender 2 board, bringing the whole installation up to the latest BS 7671 IET Wiring Standards and ensuring proper protection throughout the flat.

What was carried out:
• Removal of the ageing consumer unit
• Installation of a new Contactum Defender 2 board
• Reorganisation and tidy-up of the wiring entering the unit.
• Full testing & certification.

If your property still relies on old equipment, it’s time to get it upgraded.
