First fix progressing well at the St Katherine’s Dock project. WC frames, shower valves and basins first fixed. Shower trays installed. First fix pipework for therapy room installed. New pipework installed in services void with isolations for each outlet to make future maintenance easier and less disruptive. Cleaners cupboard and bottle filling station in progress. Saniflos to be installed to each shower waste to allow trays to be installed as low as possible to clients specification as existing soil stacks are cast iron and not low enough and connect to the five floors of offices above. First fix finished on our largest project to date!
2x changing rooms with 3x walk in showers with concealed shower valves 2x wall hung toilets with frames and 2x counter top basins with chrome traps in each.
Two therapy rooms with a counter top basin and chrome trap in each.
Freestanding bottle filler with wall mounted tap.
Disabled shower room.
Coffee machine with waste pump.
Cleaners cupboard with butler sink and wall mounted taps.
All new pipework and wastes installed to suit new layout.
