New Handover: Baird House, EC1

We’ve completed another floor at 15-17 St. Cross Street, delivering a full Cat A+ refurbishment.

This project was a turnkey design and build package, including full M&E design and installation.

The finish remains consistent with our previous work in the building, ensuring a seamless standard throughout.

Enabling works are moving at pace at 1 Mark Square.

With the structural steels removed and scaffolding now in place, we are ready to begin converting the plant room into a premium workspace.

Gadd House CAT A+ Fit-Out Complete.

The comprehensive fit out is now finalised, offering a high spec foundation ready for tenant personalisation.

Key specifications include:

- Full M&E and Air Conditioning, featuring the advanced Samsung 360 units, supported by enhanced Fresh Air Handling Units (AHUs) for superior indoor air quality and a healthier working environment.

- Complete new electrical installations throughout.

- Acoustic-rated meeting rooms finished with modern fluted privacy glass.

We are also pleased to confirm that CAT B fit-out services will be provided upon tenant occupancy. Further updates on our Cat B provision will be released shortly.
