Client asked for an upgrade on the kitchen. New units, worktop, tiles, integrated cooker / hob and sink.
With the upgrades requested the client has better utilised the kitchen size including more cupboard space.

Same day emergency cylinder change for a 90 year old client.

She called to say she had no hot water, the cylinder was leaking, hot water would stop working which kept happening every so often and the cylinder was over 50 years old.

Job : Refurbishment on a WC including a hidden cistern, wall hung toilet, basin, tiling and boxing in of pipe work

Job - To change the bottom entry ball valve and siphon for a toilet. (Which then turned into having to fix a leaking pipe behind a toilet wall)

Process - When taking the screw out from the wall, which connected the cistern to the wall, I heard running water. I turned off the mains to the property, took the cistern off the toilet to discover the plumber who had originally fit the toilet had gone through the pipe.
I replaced a section of the pipe work and made an access panel for maintaining in the future, put the tile back on the wall and also changed the float valve and siphon.

Job : To rip out a shower cubicle and replace with a whirlpool bath bath and shower screen.

Job : Crack in the 4 inch waste elbow.

Process : I cut the pipe on either side of the wall and replaced two 4” elbows and a section of the waste pipe. I then cemented around the pipe and painted.

Job : Diverter valve (which diverts the flow of water from bath to shower) was not working at full capacity.

Solution : Bath tap change required.

Job - Received a call from a client that they had a leak coming through the downstairs living room ceiling.
I found the leak in the cupboard void, made a hole in the wall to temporarily fix a part of the sink waste pipe to stop the leak. They can use the sink until a later date where the whole run will be rerun from copper to plastic to avoid the pipe work getting corrosive again

Job : To install a new column radiator in the hallway.

Process : Job required me to connect onto the heating in the living room and also to put batons in the wall where the brackets were going due to the weight of the radiator.

Job : Full Bathroom renewal.

Tiled floor and walls, rerun heating for towel rail, boxed in pipe work with new bath panel, buried water pipe in wall for electric shower, installed vanity unit and new toilet.
