Bed made and done for customer in Fulham, London. Flat is nearly finished 👍🏼👍🏼 looks beautiful 😍 final product of all our painting and decorating and my PA work as Company Secretary 👩‍💼

We did a 3 week painting and decorating job in just 6 DAYS!!! Not only that, we also had to orchestrate this whole move for the customer from start to finish (including the client’s belongings/all her furniture/deliveries/clothes/bedding/cosmetics/ordering and installing of new curtains/beds/carpet cleaning etc). We also build shelves in the bathroom, changed her toilet seat and installed a new shower head and mirror in her bathroom. This was a beyond stressful project but we did it, with an extremely happy customer at the end! Her flat was mouldy and yellow to the point where she didn’t want to move in; now it’s picture perfect and she is so happy. See pics below, before and after 👍🏼😍 I didn’t take enough ‘before pics’, and am really annoyed with myself as the flat was horrible before this transformation! 👹

Very proud of Richard (our Construction Manager), who had to deal with not 1 but 2 building surveyors on-site. Customer wanted surveyors to check that the work he was doing was correct and all up to scratch, and they gave him the thumbs up/no issues or problems with his work at all. I know it’s hard for some customers to believe, but we DO know what we are talking about. Please don’t always go for the cheapest quote as you get a lot of rogue builders who will do more damage to your property than good 👍🏼

Beautiful pool work done by Richard. Customer wanted part of his pool finished as the last builder did a runner. The customer only wanted the unfinished bit filled in and watertight. Shame it happened, but it was finally completed after Rich's work 💧🏖🏝🌊☀️ Before & After pics, also installed his handrail into the pool. Pool just needs a good clean with an acid wash to clear dirt left behind by previous builder and then all good to fill up again ready for summer 🏖

Before, during, after. Example job, So. Talking toilets; 🚻 🚾 🚽 here's a job done by Richard, replacing a new cistern tank to a toilet. Quite tricky as an Access Panel hadn't been made, and he had to hack away at the tile, replace the cistern and then retile over it. We normally recommend putting an Access Panel in place but customer wasn't fussed and didn't want it. Toilet flush perfectly👍Balham, London He did not fit the rest of this bathroom, the only thing asked to be replaced was the toilet cistern area.

Made 2 locks less wiggly & more secure for a customer. They were wobbling all over the place and tenants weren't happy. Customer didn't want a new lock, just to repair original lock. Much better now as you can see from the videos below. ,London 🔐🔒🗝👍

Had been done by an interior designer so the stakes were high in terms of matching the finish. Customers very happy 🥰 So pleased 😊🥰🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🥳
