A fault may occur due to various reasons including malfunctioning equipment, damaged wiring , water leaks, poor previous workmanship as a few examples.

One of our electricians can be with you usually within 3hrs and after carrying out some diagnostic work including visual and electrical testing procedures, any further work required will be reported to you. Most electrical faults can be rectified same day but if more in depth work is found to be required a quote can be submitted to you the next day. Our engineers will always try to get you out of trouble even if a temporary solution is the only immediate way forward.
