Our most popular protection is a new Indemnity Policy against any future occurrence of Rising damp for a term of 10 years for a fixed price of £350.00 + VAT for a terrace property, semi detached £450.00 + VAT and detached £500.00 + VAT. The Policy covers for all elements of repair to include chemically injecting a new damp course and all replastering costs. This could save the homeowner thousands of pounds and there is no limit to the amount of claims within the 10 year policy.
