Repeat customer of mine over in ashoford today, we changed all the cistern parts with the Thomas Dudley service good and also hard piped the the cold feed.

I also advise customer when working on toilets to change all the internals are the cistern has to come off any way.
Means they get a fullly updated parts and piece of mind

Electric shower replacement completed after the existing unit stopped working.

The old shower was replaced like for like with the latest updated model, giving the customer a more reliable and user-friendly setup.

Electrical supply isolated safely ✔️
Water supply isolated safely ✔️

We also removed unnecessary silicone previously applied around the old shower, as this is not required when fitted correctly.

New shower installed, fully tested, and left working perfectly 🚿

Tenant had no hot water, and honestly these were some of the hardest immersions I’ve ever had to get out 😅

Had to rig up a hose to get everything filled up, but we got there in the end 💪

Simple Heating Upgrade That Saves a Lot of Hassle

Customer was having to climb into the loft to manually bleed trapped air from the heating system due to air building up in the pipework.

Today we installed automatic air vents which now release the trapped air automatically, helping improve circulation and making the heating system much easier to maintain.

A simple upgrade that can make a big difference to heating performance and save a lot of hassle over time 👌
