Changed this out for a bar mixer , had to redo the pipework as the pipe centres were not 150, cut out the gate valve on the vent. Fighting with bits missing out the box and finishing late had to come back 1 day later to finish it off along with a new kitchen tap

Got it done in the end and happy customer which I need to remind myself on jobs like this . Customer is going to make good the hole

Pump not shutting off !

Customer called to say there pump was not shutting off ,after some investigation I found that the toilet fill valve was not shutting off making it over flow which in turn made the pump kick in.

Toilet isolated and photos sent off,I will be back next week to fit the parts

Customer had a new washing machine fitted and the tap symbol was coming up indicating low water pressure.

A great time to get the aquascan out, I could show the customer in real time what’s going on and makes things super simple for fault finding as you can see 👍

Customer wanted to updated there downstairs toilet , as this is a small area and there is no hot water they went for this option.It has a cold only tap ontop of the cistern ,all the waste water goes into the cistern no wastage of water 👍

Everything was tested and checked, and the customer is now back up and running with their new unit. ✅
