This customer had a stopcock that was difficult to reach and awkward to operate.

So, I fitted an easy-to-use switch, giving them a simple way to shut off their water supply with just the flip of a switch. 🔧

I got lucky there !

Customer had a leaking boss which I was hoping to remove which did but then found it to be bigger then 57mm to big for a mcalpine boss which I thought it mite be.

All cut out and to slip couplers and it’s all up and running

Concealed shower was leaking inside the wall, so the customer decided to upgrade to a bar mixer shower.

The customer had recently moved into the property and was convinced the waste pipe was leaking.

Looking at the first photo, you’d probably think the same! 👀 But before jumping to conclusions, I always ask questions.

The first thing I asked was, “Can I take a look inside the cistern?” That quickly revealed the real issue. The water level was right at the overflow, with the fill valve constantly letting water in, causing it to discharge outside.

You might be thinking… “Why not just replace the fill valve?” 🤔

Because I don’t just repair plumbing—I improve it.

I’m a big believer in upgrading plumbing systems to make them more reliable, efficient, and less likely to cause future problems. So instead of replacing one part, I carried out a complete cistern overhaul with all new internal components.
