Good, down-to-earth people, hands on the tools, working hard for a decent life for themselves and their families. I appreciate every one of them and the effort they put in every day.

Lucrarea a inceput in iunie anul acesta, iar in site avem deja o echipa care lucreaza. Pe masura ce proiectul avanseaza si devin disponibile noi zone de lucru, angajam aproximativ 2-3 fixeri in plus in fiecare saptamana.

Ai nevoie de experienta in site la montaj de fatade (geamuri, cladding sau curtain walling), card CSCS valabil si drept legal de munca in UK.

CE OFERIM:

• £20-£25/ora, in functie de rol si experienta. Tarifele se pot renegocia, de obicei, d**a 3 luni.

• Program: 07:30-17:00, cu 9 ore platite pe zi.

• Sambetele se platesc la x1.5 din tariful orar.

• Posibilitatea de a primi avans, la nevoie.

• Trainingurile si certificarile necesare, specifice proiectului, sunt platite de T&D.

Double Glazing Installers / Fixers required in Manchester, M15 5FJ.

The project started in June this year, and we already have a team working on site. We are now recruiting approximately 2-3 additional fixers each week as the project progresses and more work areas become available.

You must have construction-site experience in facade installation (glazing, cladding or curtain walling), a valid CSCS card and the legal right to work in the UK.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• £20-£25 per hour, depending on your role and experience. Rates can usually be renegotiated after 3 months.

• Working hours: 07:30-17:00, with 9 hours paid per day.

• Saturdays paid at 1.5x your hourly rate.

In atentia celor care fac parte din grupul “✅ Muncitorul din Londra” de pe Facebook, WhatsApp sau Telegram.

Pe fiecare platforma am postat mesajul de mai jos. Va rog sa il cititi si sa respectati regulile grupului:

“Grup pentru romanii din Londra si imprejurimi, STRICT pentru anunturi “CAUT DE MUNCA” si “OFER DE MUNCA”, indiferent de domeniu.

Scrie meseria, zona si ce cauti sau oferi. Poti pune tariful cerut sau oferit, dar nu e obligatoriu. Precizeaza: pe ora sau pe zi, inainte ori d**a taxe.

NEGOCIEREA PUBLICA ESTE STRICT INTERZISA. Intrebarile, detaliile si negocierile se discuta doar in privat. Nu comentam si nu luam in ras tarifele altora.

“Caut de munca: labourer, Wembley, minimum £…/ora, inainte de taxe. Contactati-ma in privat.”

“Angajez 3 tamplari, Londra, £…/zi, inainte de taxe. Detalii in privat.”

Nu corectati gramatica sau exprimarea nimanui. Nu toti avem aceeasi scoala sau invatam la fel. Respectati si omul care scrie cu greseli: poate are maini de aur si face o munca perfecta.

De ce in privat? Din respect pentru ambele parti. Nu e nevoie sa stie tot grupul cu cat v-ati inteles.

Intr-o luna grea, un om poate accepta mai putin, fiindca pentru el e mai bine decat nimic. Restul anului poate castiga mai mult, in functie de piata. De ce sa ramana etichetat d**a luna aia?

Cine angajeaza poate oferi cat isi permite sau cat vrea, in limitele legii. Uneori reduce cheltuielile; alteori plateste mai mult pentru o urgenta, sacrificandu-si profitul ori economiile. Nu puneti etichete d**a o singura lucrare: “ce prost platesti” sau “ce bine platesti”.

Nu stim cm e in papucii celuilalt. Nu fiecare zi e “duminica”.

Fiecare poate accepta, refuza sau negocia, fara presiuni. Un mesaj sau un telefon scurt si civilizat in privat nu inseamna automat “teapa”, dar nici nu garanteaza seriozitatea.

Daca nu va potriviti, nu inseamna automat ca unul e neserios. Conteaza cm va intelegeti, echipa si locatia, chiar si in aceeasi firma.

Nu ramane unde mergi trist la munca si vii mereu stresat acasa. Ca angajator, nu incerca la nesfarsit sa faci din om altceva. Daca va despartiti, faceti-o civilizat, respectand legea si contractul. Pe moment poate fi greu, dar amandoi puteti gasi ceva mai potrivit.

MASTIC MAN / MASTICMAN / SEALANT APPLICATOR NEEDED - LONDON

We are looking for an experienced mastic man / silicone applicator to apply silicone sealant between aluminium window frames and the surrounding stonework.

Work will be carried out from a cherry picker or scissor lift.

Hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00, with occasional Saturday work.

Salary: around £45,000–£48,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience and skills.

Priority will be given to applicants based in London who are currently out of work or whose current project is coming to an end and who are looking for their next job.

T&D Glazing and Installation Limited is hiring:

• 12 Fixers
• 10 Fixer Mates
• 2 Slingers with CPCS cards and experience
• 1 experienced Storeman with stores and facade experience
• 3 Labourers

We need people for 3 major projects at different locations across London.

For all positions, you need experience working on large construction sites in cladding, glazing and curtain walling / facade installation, where site discipline and the safety of yourself and those around you matter.

We are not a recruitment agency. The conversation and interview are directly with us: five minutes on the phone so we can understand who you are, where you have worked, what you can do and when you can start.

We are looking for people who are reliable, punctual, straightforward, keep their word and know why they get out of bed in the morning.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Pay on time, legally and transparently
• Advance payments £ available if needed
• Working hours: 07:30 - 17:00, with 9 hours paid
• Saturdays paid at x1.5, when Saturday work is available
• Approximately £15 - £25 per hour, depending on the position, your experience and what you can actually do

On a full working schedule, earnings can be approximately £35,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on your rate, role and number of days worked. We do not promise everyone the same money because every person is different. Pay is discussed directly and clearly, and experience, responsibility and results are rewarded accordingly.

You will need a valid CSCS card appropriate to your role and the legal right to work in the UK.

Any project-specific training, tickets or certificates that you do not already have will be paid for by us. The certificates remain in your name. If one day you decide to leave, you take them with you, and they will help you in your next job as well.

We have been doing this for over 20 years and consistently work with a team of around 300 people. Some of our colleagues have been with us since 2005. Anyone who proves they can do the job and wants to progress has the opportunity to move up: from Labourer or Fixer Mate to Fixer, Supervisor, Manager or beyond.
