1 bed room flat refurbish at Knightsbridge
This month we refurbish this 1 bed room garden level flat at Beaufort Gardens.
The location was stunning, litteraly 2 minutes from Harrods.
When we arrived we found a property in disrepair, the electrical installation was unsafe, there were exposed live conductive parts and damaged equipment.
The walls were mouldy and full of dump.
The carpet was old.
We remeved the carpet, underlay and we let drying the floor properly.
At the same time we started making the walls good and applying 2 coats of Zinser BIN to seal and refresh walls and ceilings.
We.replaced a few broken tiles, did new tiles on the bathroom floor and boarded and installed a water resistant LVT flooring on the rest of the property
