No cold floors in this house 🔥

Installed electric underfloor heating using loose wire and decoupling mat, with custom manufactured cable lengths for each room to achieve perfect spacing and even heat distribution.

A proper install makes all the difference. Big appreciation to my cousin for the assistance on this install!

This was one of our favourite projects from last year, client had asked us to carry out various works around the building.

Works include:

- Ceiling lighting, emergency lighting and power in main food hall.
- Ceiling lighting, emergency lighting and power in 2x offices.
- Ceiling lighting, emergency lighting and power in basement offices and changing rooms.
- PIRs installed in all rooms and corridors for ceiling lighting.
- Emergency lighting controlled via individual key switches

All circuits were ran in LSF cable to ensure maximum protection.
All lighting circuits were supplied via separate C type RCBO’s (transformers)
All power circuits were supplied via separate B type RCBO’s
All RCBO’s were Type A.

One of the contracts we got asked to take over last year was located over in Berkshire installing switchee devices. This is a smart heating device which allows you to easily control your heating temperature, set schedules and control your hot water. Can also be controlled from your smart phone📱

Switchee work closely with different housing associations across the country.
These devices allow the resident and switchee to keep track of things like:

- loss of heat
- Damp and mould arising
- Co2 leaks
- Most cost efficient times
- Etc….

The installation above had a Y plan heating system in place. which means that I had to alter the wiring to ensure it was compatible for the switchee device.

Welcome Back!

Have been very inactive on the social media side of things over the last year but hasn’t been the case out in the field.

As a whole, 2023 was a huge year for Ace Electrical London! Securing multiple contracts with big housing associations across london and a massive nationwide contract with Ohme EV.

On top of the big contracts we’ve also had commercial and domestic projects throughout the year. Building a network throughout different areas of london, herts, Essex and surrounding.
