At Greenford Police Station, we explored how a carefully selected area of the existing car park could accommodate six new homes, while retaining the majority of the parking provision.

The proposed development introduces a mix of two and four-bed detached houses, each with its own entrance porch, spacious rear garden and thoughtfully planned living spaces designed for modern family life.

This scheme demonstrates how a modest intervention can create meaningful value, deliver well-designed homes and make better use of land that is already available.

From an old bungalow to a contemporary minimalist home. ✨

This project was shaped around the client’s vision for a fresh, modern and refined living space. The existing bungalow had an outdated appearance, but with the right design approach, we saw an opportunity to completely reimagine its character while keeping it connected to its surroundings.
