Lucky This shop was empty at the time of the flooding. But we managed to resolve the issue and also clean up from the foul waste. While there they also asked if we could fit a new tap aswell.

Customer called us in as they was getting continuous blockages.

Found the main issue was the waste pipe leading from the sani-flow had been installed incorrectly.

Also because no one could turn the power off from the unit when it was blocked. The unit had also burnt its self out.

So we replaced the sani-flow, installed an accessible power supply switch and replaced part of the waste pipe. As the outlet should not have any 90 angle pipe work to allow waste to flow more efficiently.

Another new build property with a poor install. Original pipe was running uphill which was causing waste to build up and cause blockages.

So removed all the original waste pipe and replaced with a new run to allow the waste to flow more efficiently into there sub-stack.

Also got rid of there awful opened ended washing machine pipe to stop any flooding within the cupboard again and installed an access cap for any issues in the future.

DO NOT USE ACID!!!!

Unfortunately for this customer the damage has been done. kitchen sink will need to be replaced, the pipe work has also been damaged especially the fittings directly underneath the kitchen sink. The rest of the pipe work will also need to be inspected ( witch are all behind the cupboards )
