A mastic asphalt roof installed on this new build extension in Kenton. This extension is on the home of one of our valued clients who we do regular work for, he is a fan of traditional building practices and has been very specific with the brickwork and lead work to the outlets so I thought an asphalt roof suits the project perfectly, a green roof is to be applied at some stage too so the system used needed to be something hard wearing and durable.

A new VM Zinc roof installed to this nursery in South London, the nursery belongs to Dulwich College and it was a race to get it done within the summer holidays but we achieved our goal! A great job complete by our hard metals team using a pre-weathered grey zinc.

A complete roof renewal complete on this residential property in North London as part of a refurbishment project, removing the old artificial slates and rubber box gutter lining and replacing with natural slates and a code 6 lead box gutter, Complete with a new cast iron hopper and rainwater pipe and a slate detail under the verge instead of timber barge boards.

Another project coming to a close, an old slate roof removed and renewed on this restoration project in West London. The roof was re covered using a Rivendale Slate, fully insulated in the loft space and mansard areas, then as the roof was re covered ventilation was introduced throughout. Nice to see this roof get a new lease of life.

Renewing an asphalt walkway on Newington Green Primary School, only minutes away from where I used to live, although we work in the area most days I’m proud of this one as I feel we’ve left a lasting mark on the area and generations of local kids will walk across this walk way for decades to come

Lead box gutters, lead dormers, natural slate mansards and mono pitch roof, all topped off with a mastic asphalt crown flat roof, it doesn’t get any more traditional than that! Another piece of London’s heritage preserved… We’ve completed the renewal of this mastic asphalt balcony on Park Lane, carefully removing the existing asphalt that had faithfully served for around 100 years and replacing it with a new RD Mastic Asphalt built to last for more decades to come.
